General terms of use

By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions of Use, the User undertakes to:

1. Use FeedWise exclusively for providing nutritional advice to end customers. All other commercial purposes are hereby expressly excluded;
2. be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of owner data, the way in which owner data is obtained and the use of owner data in combination with FeedWise;
3. use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of FeedWise, and notify AnyLife BV immediately of any such unauthorized access or use; and
4. Use FeedWise only in accordance with these Terms, and applicable laws and government regulations.

The User agrees not to use FeedWise for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Specifically, the User undertakes never to do any of the following:

1. Make FeedWise available for use by anyone other than the User himself/herself
2. Use FeedWise in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server of AnyLife BV, or interfere with any network or networks connected to any server of FeedWise, or with any other party's use of FeedWise
3. sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, make available, rent or lease FeedWise;
4. Use FeedWise to store or transmit infringing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful or unlawful material, or to store or transmit material in violation of the privacy rights of third parties;
5. Use FeedWise to store or transmit Malicious Code
6. interfere with the integrity or performance of FeedWise or any third party data contained therein;
7. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of FeedWise, including other user accounts, or related systems or networks;
8. take any actions, whether intentional or not, that may circumvent, disable, damage or impair the control or security systems of FeedWise, or permit or assist a third party to do so
9. obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through FeedWise
10. permit direct or indirect access to or use of FeedWise in a manner that circumvents any contractual limit on use, or use FeedWise to access or use any of the intellectual property of AnyLife BV;
11. to modify, copy, reproduce, alter, transmit or create derivative works based on FeedWise or any component, function, user interface, associated applications, tools or data thereof;
12. except to the extent permitted by applicable law, disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile FeedWise, or access it for the purpose of

• build a competing product or service,
• to build a product or service using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics from FeedWise,
• copy any FeedWise ideas, features, functions or graphics, or
• to determine whether features of FeedWise are within the scope of a patent.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that User's username and password, and is responsible for all activities that occur under the User account. The User agrees to immediately notify AnyLife BV of any unauthorized use of the User's account or any other breach of security. AnyLife BV is not liable for any loss the User may suffer as a result of someone else using User's passwords or accounts, with or without the knowledge of the applicable User.

Any use of FeedWise in violation of the foregoing that, in AnyLife BV's judgment, threatens the security, integrity or availability of FeedWise may result in the immediate suspension of access to FeedWise. Prior to such suspension, AnyLife BV will make efforts that are commercially reasonable in light of the circumstances to notify the User and provide the opportunity to remedy such violation or threat.

AnyLife BV may at any time suspend the User's access to FeedWise and/or disable their login credentials in the event of a breach of these Terms by the User. The reasons for doing so are not limited, but may include, for example, legal or regulatory reasons, investigation of suspicious activity, or action by authorities, or if AnyLife BV or the User has reason to suspect that such User is engaging in activities that may violate these Terms, applicable law or subscriber policies, or otherwise be deemed harmful to AnyLife BV, the User's organization, the network or facilities of both, or to other Users. AnyLife BV is not liable to any User for suspending access to FeedWise, regardless of the grounds.
